Rachel Hughes has completed her Masters of Natural Resources in what seems like no time at all. In fact, she did it in less than 12 months! I’m not sure how she got so much high caliber work in to such a short time span, plus winning Teaching Assistant of the Year award in Warnell, but she did, and she’s on to great new things. She’ll be teaching ecology at the University of North Georgia starting this Fall! Congratulations Rachel!
Kirstin Valdes is also on to the next best thing, wrapping up a really productive period as all-around lab star, doing everything from fieldwork to data analysis to lab tour guide on Ossabaw!
All the best down the road, Rachel and Kirstin!
